Player: Kyo
Character: Bennett
Item: A Wind Glider! It's a glider, allowing one to ride the winds and float through the air. It attaches to the back and looks like a pair of wings, but they can't flap to gain altitude, only glide and slowly descend from higher altitudes.
Questions: nah.

Player: Mari
Character: Anastasia Romanova
Item: A Music Box and the Together in Paris pendant necklace. These were gifts given to her by her paternal grandmother, Dowager Empress Marie Feodorovna, on the Romanov Tercentenary ball. The necklace’s pendant is used as a key to operate the music box which contains a picture of a swan and figurines of her parents, Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna, dancing a waltz and plays a lullaby-like song. The necklace’s words ‘Together in Paris’ also serve as a promise that Marie had made to her that they would have to live happily in the City of Lights.
While escaping the palace attacks by the Reds, Anya accidentally drops the music box which is later kept by Dmitri (who then returns it to Marie as proof that he was the one who saved her and Anya ten years later) while she keeps the necklace even into her amnesiac years.
Questions: Outside of if the music box can still be able to play music, nothing else, I suppose.

Player: Ryoko
Character: Ferran
Item: The onyx, a magical gem like Ferran's garnet. In addition to the usual magical girl-style powerup and weapon, its abilities are charming and healing. The former is identical to the ability of the garnet, described in his app. The healing is capable of working on living and nonliving things, but it is limited to the physical aspects of their forms such as injuries and illnesses, as well as lessening pain or other physical symptoms. However, it cannot restore things like missing limbs or revive someone from death. Given the level of corruption within it, it is particularly dangerous and difficult to use, potentially even painful.
Questions: Nope!

Player: Ellana
Character: Emet-Selch
Item: Grani. A dream version of Emet-Selch's weird monster horse loosely based on Norse mythology. We think Grani is his familiar, maybe. Works like a summon: a snap of his fingers and he can call Grani forth. Capable of bearing a rider and flying, otherwise we mostly see him standing around obediently looking scary and intimidating. A good boy with a face only his creator could love. We fear for the local small animal population if he ever decides he's hungry.

Are characters able to regain theoretical/headcanon items from their world and not necessarily one that existed in canon?
Can they they regain large things that can add to a location such as a tree native from their world (I'm thinking a paopu tree from Kingdom Hearts)?

Observatory Vision 1:
Question: What has become of the Pact?
Vision: A tower, sitting amidst a sea of green, crumbling into the sky. A writhing darkness swirls atop this tower, and Pact airships circle at a safe distance around it. What does this mean? He has no idea, except the Pact is still functional, to some capacity.
Observatory Vision 2:
Question: And of Caladbolg?
Vision: The sword in a smaller, slightly different form, sitting atop the Artesian Waters in Orr. Perhaps it means the sword was repaired?
Observatory Vision 3:
Question: The Commander?
Vision: ...? He's alive, at least?
Questions: If last one is not vague enough I can use the ending shot from S4 with the rainbows.
