CANON UPDATE

The waiting time to update to new materials is two weeks and there are two ways for a character to canon update.

1. Via Dream. Similar to a memory regain, characters can have a dream detailing the new things their original self is experiencing. Everything will feel as if they had also experienced it and if there were any physical changes, they will also occur. This is probably the simplest way as it's just one long dream and they'll wake up the next morning feeling a bit strange. After all, they just got a load of information dumped into them.
   
   
2. Returning home. Thanks to dreamotion energy, a character can be sent back home either involuntarily or voluntarily. If involuntary, then nothing really needs to be done, they just randomly disappear. If voluntary, then the character can use 3 regain baubles at the Wishing Well as a return ticket to their original self with a guaranteed return back to Songerein. So it's possible for them to use the bauble to make a "quick trip" back to their world and then be pulled back in. Regardless of the method, the characters won't really remember much of Songerein while they're gone but they will remember everything upon returning to Songerein. The character can be "gone" for up to three days. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
   
   
   • Time lapse. Time is shenanigans and time will pass much more slowly in Songerein than it does in their world. Even if more than a year passes in their world, the character will only be "gone" for up to three days.
     
     
   • Memories. With this option the characters won't really remember much of Songerein while they're gone but will remember everything upon returning to Songerein. They can feel as if they saw glimpses of vague things from Songerein, even recurring themes, but nothing that would make them think more than, "Well that was a weird dream." Of course when they return to Songerein, they will realize those glimpses were related to the world.

In both cases it is possible for characters to obtain new clothes or items they may have acquired during the update. These can be included in the canon update, however it's limited to what they have on their person. Anything else would have be to regained normally

Canon Update

Character: Stolas
Canon: Helluva Boss
Current Canon Point: Season 1 Episode 7
New Canon Point: Season 2 Episode 4

Updated Background: Nothing too crazy here. Just some memory updates of what is currently going on back in Hell.

• Venturing topside again to the human world to rescue his daughter.
• First time seeing Stolas and Blitz interacting outside of their arrangement, which is important for the both of them even if they don't realize it yet.
• Introduction of his other in-laws, primarily Andrealphus and where he fits in their dynamics. Seems to be the brighter of the two siblings and is the truly dangerous one.
• The biggest update is Stolas almost being assassinated. First time he's really in danger for his life, that he himself didn't even realize until his Hellphone was destroyed. During the whole time he was being tortured he never lost faith that Blitz would come for him. But he never did. M&M came in the end but if Stella didn't call of the attack, Stolas would have been killed.
• We see at the hospital through a series of texts that Stolas has been trying to reach out to talk with Blitz about Ozzie's and them but they are both horrible texters and mixed signals are getting tossed all around. So everything ends on a sad note where Stolas is slowly starting to drift away from Blitz.
• Also there is a deal with Ozzie on the table for possibly getting his hands on those crystals so he can set Blitz free from their deal.

Updated Personality: Nothing major again. The only noticeable difference would be the replanting of doubts he's already faced.

Any other updates:
Regain Baubles? This is the involuntary poofing back to Hell and back for three days.

Questions/Other: When Stolas shows back up, would it be okay if he poofs in the middle of town like a newbie?
