It is the culmination of every possible (known) potion that can be brewed within the three realms written in a single hefty book. As discussed in his canon update, the book will be singed and will probably have some illegible pages. Satan wants the book just to have it as he knows most of the potion recipes anyway, and a lot of the ingredients aren't obtainable in Song. Yet!! Basically, I don't plan on doing anything gamebreaking with the book - only pranks, probably. Mammon may or may not die. We'll see!!
